Project

Consultics undertook the development of new Brand Identity components in order to achieve consistency, a new Marketing Strategy leading to a different Market Positioning through the leveraging of proper Marketing Tools, and a bespoke Business Transformation Tactic and a Process Oriented Approach aiming at improving the company’s processes and procedures.
The transformation was developed following the goals of the directors of the company and was achieved through building the company’s strategy and development on the four (4) pillars Pyrgou Vakis believes in.

The four pillars are:

1. Improvement of the business development efforts
2. Focus on becoming more efficient
3. Growth of the relationship with existing clients
4. Talent management

Outcome

What was conducted was more than just a transformation of the corporate identity, it was also a transformation of the company culture.
Pyrgou Vakis undertook improvements in organizational culture, in internal communication, in education of the staff concerning marketing and sales but also in business development and innovation.

The strategy for achieving the company’s goals included taking immediate actions to lead the company to the needed outcomes.
