Cookie Policy

Updated 27 October 2026

This policy describes cookies and similar technologies in relation to the Consultics launch website displaying this policy. Contact S.P.C.N. CONSULTICS LTD at Polina@consultics.co with questions about the site or its data handling.

What these technologies do

Cookies are browser-stored information that can support functions such as sign-in, security or remembering a choice. Similar storage and tracking technologies may include browser storage, pixels and device identifiers. Some last for a session; others remain until expiry or deletion.

The current launch page

The current Consultics page code does not include optional analytics tags, advertising pixels, an embedded third-party video player or a cookie-based newsletter form. Its decorative city video, images and fonts are served as site assets. The newsletter and membership controls remain disabled.

The hosting and sign-in layer is separate from the page code and may use technologies necessary to provide access, security and delivery. A full live-browser inventory of names, providers and expiry periods has not yet been completed. This statement therefore does not claim that the entire hosted service is cookie-free.

Separately linked websites, including other Consultics services, can have different technologies and notices. This policy must not be treated as an inventory of those websites.

Necessary and optional uses

Technologies strictly necessary for a service you request may be used where the law permits without optional cookie consent. This does not include advertising or unrelated tracking simply because a provider considers it useful.

Before optional analytics, personalisation or advertising technologies are introduced, we must identify their providers, purposes, duration and information collected. Where consent is required, these technologies must remain off until a valid choice is made. Declining optional cookies must not prevent access to the basic website.

Your choices

You can inspect, delete or block stored website data through your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking necessary sign-in or security technologies may prevent access or interrupt some functions. Deleting stored data does not automatically prevent it from being set during a later visit.

No optional cookie preference panel is currently provided because the launch page does not implement optional trackers. If optional technologies are added, an accessible choice mechanism and a way to withdraw consent as easily as it is given must be provided. This policy is not itself a consent mechanism.

Future services and updates

Before new platform tools, embeds, payment services or marketing integrations are switched on, this policy and the relevant privacy information need to reflect their actual behaviour. We will publish updates here. For information about enquiries and individual rights, read the Privacy Policy.
