Refund Policy
Updated 28 October 2026
This policy explains cancellation and refunds for the Consultics Elite Platform™ annual company subscription. Read it together with the membership scope and Terms of Use before enrolment. For help with a payment or refund, contact Polina@consultics.co.
Scope and current launch status
This policy covers fees paid to S.P.C.N. CONSULTICS LTD, trading as Consultics, for the Consultics Elite Platform™ company subscription. It does not govern separately contracted advisory engagements, bespoke research, travel, events or third-party services, which have their own agreed terms.
Membership remains coming soon on this launch website. Its disabled subscription controls do not take payments. This policy sets out the refund approach for subscriptions when enrolment opens. The applicable version, activation date and membership terms must be supplied before payment; this policy does not retrospectively change an existing signed agreement.
Annual subscription and activation
The advertised subscription is €3,000 per company for 12 months, billed annually. The equivalent of €250 per month is an illustration of the annual price, not a monthly billing option or a right to cancel each month for a refund. Taxes and available user options will be confirmed before enrolment.
The subscription period begins on the activation date confirmed in writing, when the agreed membership access is made available to the company. An enquiry or an Opportunity Portal company registration does not activate a paid membership.
Cancellation before activation
If you have paid but membership has not been activated, you may cancel by emailing Polina@consultics.co and receive a full refund of the subscription payment. No administration or payment-processing fee will be deducted from that refund.
If Consultics cannot activate the agreed membership by the confirmed start date, you may choose to accept a revised date or cancel for a full refund before activation. A postponement will not be treated as your agreement to a new date.
Cancellation after activation
For a company purchasing in the course of its business, the annual subscription is generally non-refundable after activation for a change of mind, low usage, a change in priorities, failure to use available user options or a decision not to enter a regional market. Exceptions for service failures, billing errors, an agreed written variation and mandatory legal rights are set out below.
You may give notice that you do not wish to renew at any time by emailing Polina@consultics.co. Unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed before payment, renewal requires a new affirmative agreement and payment; there is no automatic renewal under this policy. Cancellation of a future renewal does not itself end access or create a refund for the current paid term.
Material service failures and discontinuation
If a material part of the agreed subscription is not supplied or cannot be accessed because of a Consultics service failure, contact us with details so we can investigate. We will seek to restore the service within a reasonable period, normally no more than 14 calendar days after receiving sufficient information. You do not have to wait where an immediate remedy is required by law or the failure cannot be remedied.
If a material failure remains unresolved, you may end the affected subscription and request a proportionate refund for the paid service not supplied, including any remaining unusable term. A complete failure to deliver the subscription entitles you to a full refund. The calculation will reflect the duration and extent of the failure and will be explained in writing; a credit or extension will be offered only as an alternative you may choose.
If Consultics permanently discontinues the subscription during your paid term, we will refund the unused period. For a complete termination of access, the unused-term refund is calculated as the subscription fee actually paid multiplied by the number of unserved days divided by the total days in the paid term, with the corresponding tax adjustment where applicable.
Short maintenance windows or minor changes do not automatically create a full refund entitlement. This does not excuse a persistent or material reduction in the service agreed at purchase.
Billing errors and commercial outcomes
An accidental duplicate payment or an amount charged above the agreed price will be corrected and the excess refunded once verified. Please report suspected errors promptly, providing an invoice or payment reference.
Membership provides the intelligence, tools, guidance and opportunities specified in the agreed scope. It does not guarantee contracts, investment, introductions, regulatory approvals or returns. Not achieving a hoped-for commercial result does not alone establish a refund entitlement, provided the agreed services were supplied. This does not limit remedies for misleading statements or non-delivery.
Mandatory consumer rights
The Platform is intended for companies buying for business purposes. Consumer protections depend on the purchaser and the nature of the transaction; describing a purchaser as a business does not remove rights that legally apply.
Where EU or Cyprus distance-contract consumer withdrawal rights apply, a consumer will generally have 14 days from conclusion of the service contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions and any legally required extension. Notify Polina@consultics.co with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw; a particular form or reason is not required.
Where a consumer expressly requests a service to start during the withdrawal period, a proportionate charge for the service supplied before withdrawal may apply only when the legal requirements are met. Merely activating an ongoing annual service does not automatically remove the withdrawal right. Different conditions apply to fully performed services and to digital content supplied immediately; any required consent, acknowledgement and confirmation must be obtained separately before relying on an exception.
Any valid statutory withdrawal refund will be made without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, generally 14 days from notice of withdrawal. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory remedies for a digital service that is not supplied or does not conform to the contract.
How to request a refund
Email Polina@consultics.co with the company name, registered contact email, invoice or payment reference, payment date and the reason or circumstances of the request. For a statutory withdrawal, a clear cancellation statement is sufficient; supporting details may help us locate the payment. Never email full payment-card numbers, passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
We aim to acknowledge a request within five business days. For contractual refunds, we will assess the request and explain our decision, calculation and any further information needed. Approved contractual refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days of approval. Statutory deadlines run from the event specified by law and are not delayed by our internal approval process.
Refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method, without a Consultics refund fee. An alternative method requires agreement and appropriate verification. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. We will provide confirmation when the refund is issued.
Access and policy updates
Where cancellation ends the subscription, access and related user permissions end on the confirmed termination date. Confidentiality and restrictions on redistributing proprietary materials continue as provided in the agreed membership terms. We will not require you to waive mandatory rights as a condition of receiving a refund.
We will publish changes with an updated date. The version supplied at purchase governs that paid term unless a lawful change is agreed. Contact Polina@consultics.co for clarification before paying.
