Privacy Notice

Updated 27 October 2026

This short notice explains what happens when you contact Consultics about diversification, the Elite Platform or business updates. It summarises the Privacy Policy and does not replace it.

Who handles your information

S.P.C.N. CONSULTICS LTD, trading as Consultics and based in Cyprus, is responsible for personal data used to handle these enquiries. Contact Polina@consultics.co for privacy questions or to exercise your rights.

What you choose to send

We use your name, work contact details, company, role, market interests and the information in your message to respond, assess your request and discuss relevant services. Share only what is needed. Agree a suitable confidential channel before sending sensitive business documents or personal information about other people.

On this launch page, an email link opens your email application. No enquiry is sent until you send the email. Newsletter sign-up, membership and platform login remain coming soon; disabled fields do not submit your details.

Registering a Middle East company

If you use the Opportunity Portal registration form, Consultics saves the company details and representative contact information you provide to manage your registration and follow up on your enquiry. Required fields are identified. This is generally based on our legitimate interest in managing business relationships. Registration does not verify your company or create a signed-in account.

You can then continue to the separate Consultics Opportunity Assessment portal. Your details are not automatically sent to it. Review that portal’s notice before providing further information.

Purpose and choice

Enquiries from company representatives are generally handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in managing business relationships. Steps requested towards a contract with an individual may instead rely on contractual necessity. Applicable legal obligations may require particular records to be kept.

Optional marketing requiring consent must have its own affirmative opt-in. Asking a business question, reading this notice or accepting website terms does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. You can withdraw marketing consent or object to direct marketing at any time.

Sharing and retention

Relevant personnel and providers supporting communication and administration may process the information for those purposes. External introductions must be limited to relevant information and supported by an appropriate lawful basis. International transfers require the applicable safeguards.

We keep records for as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting relationship and applicable legal or claims-related requirements. The full Privacy Policy explains retention criteria, recipient categories and international handling.

Your rights and further information

Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to certain processing and withdraw consent. Email Polina@consultics.co. You may also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.

Before using a separate AI agent or future platform feature, read the notice shown for that service. The Privacy Policy provides more detail about this launch website, while the Cookie Policy explains the current tracking position.
