Privacy Policy

Updated 27 October 2026

This policy explains how S.P.C.N. CONSULTICS LTD, trading as Consultics and based in Cyprus, handles personal data in connection with this launch website, business enquiries and related communications. Consultics is the controller for those activities. Our privacy contact is Polina@consultics.co.

Scope and launch status

The Elite Platform membership, login and newsletter sign-up shown on this launch site are coming soon. Disabled fields do not submit information to Consultics. Email links open your email application; Consultics receives your message only if you send it.

This policy is not a description of every system on separately linked websites. When a live platform, AI agent, upload portal or payment service collects information, read the notice presented by that service. Additional processing details will be needed before new features are activated.

Opportunity company registration

The Opportunity Portal registration form collects company name, country, optional registration number and website, representative name, role and business email. We save these details to manage company registrations and related enquiries, generally on the basis of our legitimate interest in managing business relationships. Registration is not verification, account authentication or marketing consent.

After registration, you can continue to the separately hosted Consultics Opportunity Assessment portal. This launch site does not automatically transfer your registration details to that portal. Read the assessment portal’s privacy information before submitting further data. Registration records follow the retention criteria described below.

Information involved

Business enquiries may include your name, work email, telephone number, role, company, country, market interests and the contents of correspondence or attachments you choose to send. Company information may also identify owners, employees or business contacts.

Hosting and access providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Where the hosted preview requires sign-in, the hosting provider also manages access under its own applicable notice.

Please avoid submitting passports, financial account details, medical information or other sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry. If a particular engagement requires additional information, we will address its purpose and handling separately.

Why information is used

We use enquiry information to understand your request, communicate with you, assess the relevance of our services and arrange discussions. For an individual requesting steps towards their own contract, processing may be necessary for those steps or that contract. For representatives of companies, our basis is generally our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries and relationships, balanced against individual rights.

Security and abuse prevention support our legitimate interest in protecting our services. Where applicable law requires us to keep accounting records, respond to authorities or comply with another binding duty, the basis is that legal obligation.

Optional marketing requiring consent will use a separate opt-in. Reading this policy, browsing the site or making an enquiry is not consent to receive unrelated marketing. You may withdraw consent or object to direct marketing at any time by emailing Polina@consultics.co. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already lawfully undertaken.

Sources and recipients

Most enquiry information comes directly from you. A colleague, a business introduction or a publicly available professional source may provide contact details. Where required, we will explain the source and purpose when contacting the individual or within the applicable notice period.

Relevant Consultics personnel and service providers supporting hosting, email, IT and administration may need access for their roles. Professional advisers and competent authorities may receive information where necessary and lawful. An introduction to an external partner should involve only relevant information, with the purpose and intended recipient explained before sharing where required.

Personal information is not made public merely because a company asks about membership or regional opportunities. The business names and cities displayed on the website do not mean that personal data is shared with every location or partner.

International handling

Our regional work can involve contacts and providers outside the European Economic Area, including in the Middle East. A business enquiry does not itself authorise unrestricted international disclosure.

Where a transfer outside the EEA is required, we must establish a lawful transfer arrangement, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards including European Commission standard contractual clauses, with additional measures where necessary. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to a particular transfer. This policy does not imply that every destination has an EU adequacy decision.

Retention and protection

We retain correspondence for the period needed to deal with the request and any resulting business relationship, taking account of the record’s purpose, sensitivity, legal retention obligations and the need to establish or defend legal claims. When those grounds no longer apply, records should be deleted or anonymised. You may ask about the retention criteria for your particular information.

Access should be limited to people who need it for their work, using appropriate organisational and technical protections. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Contact us promptly if you believe your information has been sent to the wrong recipient or otherwise compromised.

Your choices and rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can always object to the use of your data for direct marketing. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity.

We aim to respond without undue delay and within one month as required by the GDPR. A permitted extension of up to two further months may be needed for complex or numerous requests; we will explain an extension within the first month.

You may complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority, including in the EU country where you live or work. Contacting us first may help resolve the matter but does not remove your right to complain.

AI and automated decisions

This launch page does not itself run a readiness assessment or make a decision about an individual using AI. Links to agents lead to separate services. Before providing data to an agent, review its notice and avoid unnecessary confidential or sensitive information.

AI-assisted platform services require clear information about providers, use of prompts, retention and any profiling before activation. We do not represent a proposed AI capability as an existing automated admission or investment decision service.

Children and changes

Our services are directed to businesses and their adult representatives, not children. Please contact us if a child’s information has been submitted unintentionally. We will review the circumstances and take appropriate action.

We will update this policy when relevant services or data practices change. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and fresh consent will be requested where required. The shorter Privacy Notice summarises this policy for enquiry and subscription contexts.
