Terms of Use
Updated 27 October 2026
These terms explain the permitted use of the Consultics launch website and its information. The website is operated by S.P.C.N. CONSULTICS LTD, trading as Consultics, based in Cyprus. Contact us at Polina@consultics.co.
Scope and business use
The site introduces our strategic advisory services and the forthcoming Consultics Elite Platform™. It is intended for business representatives exploring diversification, market entry and commercial opportunities, particularly in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. Please use the site lawfully and review these terms before relying on its content.
Separate engagements and membership
Browsing the site, sending an enquiry or speaking to an agent does not create a consulting mandate, membership, agency relationship or obligation to introduce a business opportunity. A full Consultics engagement follows a separately agreed scope covering Briefing, Engagement and Implementation.
The advertised Elite Platform price is €3,000 per company per year, equivalent to €250 per month billed annually. Membership and login remain coming soon. Multiple user options, applicable taxes, access rights, deliverables, payment, renewal, cancellation and the applicable Refund Policy must be confirmed in the membership agreement before enrolment. No payment or subscription is accepted through the disabled controls on this launch page.
Information and decisions
Website materials and any illustrative AI output provide general business information. They are not legal, tax, regulatory, investment or other regulated professional advice. Market information can change and should be checked against current authoritative sources and advice relevant to the country, activity and transaction.
Consultics does not guarantee contracts, investment, procurement eligibility, regulatory approval, introductions or commercial returns. A curated lead or readiness discussion does not replace due diligence. Users remain responsible for their business decisions and for verifying counterparties and opportunities.
Content ownership and permitted use
Consultics and its licensors retain rights in their content, branding, methods, illustrations and materials. You may view and save reasonable extracts for your own internal business assessment, keeping attribution and proprietary notices intact.
Do not resell or republish our materials, use our branding to suggest endorsement, remove ownership notices, bypass access controls, harvest contact information or use automated extraction to build a competing dataset without permission. Statutory rights and permitted uses under applicable law are unaffected.
Your communications
Provide accurate information and ensure you are authorised to share it. Do not submit unlawful content, malware, another person’s confidential information or personal data you have no lawful basis to disclose.
Initial enquiries should contain only the information needed to discuss your request. Agree confidentiality and a suitable transfer method with Consultics before sending sensitive commercial documents. Submitting information does not transfer ownership of it to Consultics.
Linked services and availability
Links may take you to another Consultics service or to an independent provider with its own terms and privacy notice. A link does not establish endorsement. We may maintain, change or discontinue website features and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Changes to website information do not alter a signed engagement or membership agreement.
Responsibility and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, the site is supplied as available without a promise that all information is complete, current or suitable for a particular transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Liability under a paid engagement is governed by that engagement’s agreed terms.
Cyprus law governs these website terms, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you. The courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction over website disputes, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please contact us first so we can seek a practical resolution; this does not restrict your right to use a court or regulator.
Updates
The date on this page identifies the current version. We will publish material revisions here. Changes operate prospectively and do not automatically rewrite an existing contract. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain data handling separately from these website terms.
